Mid-February is the Perfect Time for a 5th and 6th Grade Winter Pool Party
Summer-style fun comes to the Schaumburg Park District on a Friday night in February when the District presents the 5th and 6th Grade Winter Pool Party.
The party is set for 7 to 9:30 p.m. Feb. 20 at The Water Works indoor water park in the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road.
"Kids will swim, play games and dance to a DJ," said Doug Sieder, Meineke Recreation Center manager. "Snacks will be available for purchase."
The event is for children ages 10 to 12. Attendees should wear swim suits and flip flops.
Pre-registration is required. The cost is $12.
