Be more accurate in describing laws

Sen. Dan Kotowski wrote a letter saying that he "passed" a law to curtail fraudulent use of state grants. Senator, you're starting to sound like that other Democrat Michelle Mussman, who tried to tell us that she "forced" the legislators to cut their salaries.

It didn't happen, and you didn't "pass" a law reforming state grants. Both of you should stop trying to fool your constituents with lies. You and Mussman introduced laws which were then debated and either passed or rejected by the legislators.

That's how the law making process in this state and in Washington works. So, please be more truthful in your letters.
