Quentin Road Christmas pageant performances are Dec. 20 and 21

Take a special journey with Quentin Road Baptist Church as they unlock secrets from Christmas past.

With a 300-voice children-and-adult choir, dramatic lighting, and live animals, including an 8-foot camel, the church will present a story of one shepherd boy, two weary travelers and a glorious birth that changed the world.

The Quentin Road Christmas pageant, "Bethlehem's Tower," will be performed at 2 and 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, and 2 p.m. Sunday Dec. 21. The church is at 60 Quentin Road, Lake Zurich.

The pageant features original songs written by Linda Scudder and arranged and orchestrated by Grammy and Dove Award winner David T. Clydesdale.

Founding pastor, Dr. James A. Scudder, host of the international television "Victory in Grace," said, "After 40 years of Christmas pageants of all sizes, it is still such a thrill to share the real joy of Christmas with each one of the thousands who attend. We count it such an honor to be a family tradition."
