Buckle up, Lincolnshire
Lincolnshire police will hold a seat-belt enforcement campaign starting Nov. 17 through Nov. 30. Officers on additional patrols will look for motorists not wearing seat belts, as well as drunken drivers. An Illinois Department of Transportation grant is helping to pay for the effort.
