Change needed in McHenry sheriff job

The McHenry County Sheriff's office could use a change.

The people deserve a sheriff who will take a proactive approach to crime fighting - one who will eliminate unnecessary spending and use taxpayer's money in an efficient manner; one who will treat all employees with fairness and respect; and one who will offer the people a transparent view into the day to day operations of the office.

The deputies, corrections officers, and support staff deserve a proven leader who offers experience, job knowledge, and leadership ability. One who will promote and discipline fairly, without personal bias.

I support Bill Prim for McHenry County Sheriff. I know he has what it takes to oversee the office. Bill's distinguished career as a police commander shows he has the ability to lead. Bill has maintained his professionalism throughout his campaign, even when attacked by his opponent. Bill will best direct our dedicated employees to serve and protect the citizens of McHenry County.
