Awful TV shows invading our homes

Viewing TV lately is such a waste of time. Why do most shows dwell on violence and sexual scenes between same sex partners?

This is disgusting. Let's turn off the TV and read good books or protest to sponsors. Hopefully, you and I will not conform to what they think is now the "norm." Remember the old days when sex was behind closed doors and we used our imaginations? The FCC should be censoring some of these shows. The same goes for the bloody and brutal scenes. We have come a long way from "I Love Lucy" shows and "Dick Van Dyke." It is bad enough what R rated movies are showing but remember the TV shows are invading our homes.
