It was OK when Bush was doing this

On Sept. 23, David Ronske asked how does president Obama get away with signing statements?

Well, it started under George Bush. His administration has the most signings of all the presidents. It was stated by his lawyer John Yoo, who said, "The president of the United States has unitary privilege. He has every right to go around congress with singing statements."

That's where it started. And it was just fine when it was George Bush doing the end run around of Congress, now wasn't it?.
