Woman crashes car into Elk Grove Village Wendy's

A woman crashed her car Tuesday afternoon into an Elk Grove Village Wendy's, authorities said.
The driver crashed into the vestibule of the restaurant at 900 Busse Road around 3:40 p.m., according to the Elk Grove Village Fire Department. Her car did not enter the restaurant itself.
No one was injured. The driver told officials she was not injured either.
The fire department reported she was in the parking lot of the Wendy's at the time of the accident. She said she believes she hit the accelerator instead of her brake, authorities said.
