Area artists to exhibit in 24th annual show

Aurora artists, including Benjamin Buchenot exhibiting pottery, Karen Swanbery with watercolor paintings, and Samantha Phillips exhibiting granite crafts, will be among the artists from far and near that will fill Hodges Park with work they themselves created during the 24th annual Fall Arts & Crafts Adventure. It will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at Hodges Park, off Prospect and Vine, across from Park Ridge City Hall.

You and your family will enjoy exploring the many talents and treasures of the artists and craftsartists of American Society of Artists ranging from paintings pottery, glassworks, and mosaics to jewelry, artwear, photography and candles and more.

Buchenot and Phillips are returning popular exhibitors in the show. Swanbery, who has exhibited in the show for many years, is not only a very popular exhibitor but she also particiates in Art In Action (exhibitors who work/demonstrate at their booths at various times during the show.) Programs will be available free of charge at the show listing the exhibitors. Their mediums and showing their location in the show.
