GOP Family Picnic at Busse Woods Sept. 14
The 34th annual Northwest Suburban Republican Family Picnic will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 14, at Busse Woods Forest Preserve - Grove 27 near Elk Grove Village.
Tickets are $10 per family, which includes hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, grilled corn, soda, water and beer. There also will be a police K9 show, a farm petting zoo, face painting, games and an inflatable bounce house for kids.
Remote parking will be available in the Elk Grove High School parking lot, with a shuttle bus taking families to the picnic grove.
