Waukegan man charged with heroin-related crimes
A Waukegan man has been charged with possessing and delivering heroin.
Clifton D. Johnson, 21, of the 100 block of South Genesee Street, was arrested Aug. 27, according to a Lake County Sheriff's Office news release. He was charged with unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful possession of heroin and resisting a police officer.
Johnson, a street gang member of the Four Corner Hustlers, sold heroin to an undercover detective, authorities said.
Johnson will appear in court on Sept. 15.
