Boomers, let's take back our pound sign
I want to know, when did the pound sign (#) become a hash tag? In my 60-plus years we have always been told press the pound sign at the end of the conversation. So who now has decided this is a hash tag?
If you want a hook tag, create an icon or symbol to make one. I ask all of us baby boomers to protect our pound sign. In all my phone instructions the pound sign is not a hash tag. Please don't let these techno nerds take away our pound sign.
