Republican Chris Nybo, an attorney from Elmhurt, was sworn in yesterday to the Illinois Senate to replace departing Kirk Dillard. An Aurora man is being held on a $1 million bail on charges of possession of methamphetamine, cocaine and at least 11 pounds of marijuana. Baltazar G.
