In heinous cases, death penalty appropriate
This is a problem that is short and simple. A person has been found guilty of stabbing a family member in the face and chest; also, the daughter is sliced in many places. To me the death penalty is the proper solution. However, some feel he might suffer from the injection before the current takes over. I am sure these two people were terrified and suffered much before death.
My question is, did he give them the proper tranquilizer for pain before his actions? This is not tit for tat; it is a judgment for a heinous crime. Sometimes it fits the case - not bed and breakfast for 50 years.
