Bolingbrook Residents Qualify for 2014 AAU Junior Olympic Games
Arianna Burkes of Bolingbrook, IL qualified for the 2014 AAU Junior Olympic Nationals in Des Moines, Iowa scheduled for July 26 - August 2 for Track and Field. Arianna received gold medals in the 400m dash and 800m run at the AAU Regional Track and Field meet in Lisle, IL. Arianna also qualified for USATF Junior Olympic Nationals in Houston, TX, receiving a silver medal in the 800m run at the USATF Regional Track meet in Huntington, IN.
Arkayla Burkes of Bolingbrook, IL qualified for the 2014 AAU Junior Olympic Nationals in Des Moines, Iowa for the long jump.
