While police are taking a look at surveillance video near the crash, authorities think the woman accidentally stepped on the gas pedal, sending most of the car -- 75 percent, Schwab estimated -- through the building about 8 p.m.

No one inside was injured.

With no structural damage, the gas station continued to serve customers after crews cleared the area, Schwab said.

Police did immediately respond to requests for information.
