Fake email incident is type of bullying

Success - Article sent! close

It's a disturbing to read the stupidity of some people. Congressional candidate Susanne Atanus says she didn't send a withdrawal email on June 5. I hope it wasn't a Democrat sending fake emails since I usually vote that way and would have to identify with the coward who hid behind someone else's name (please be Republican).

Sen. Dick Durbin has called for stopping fake press releases, and the Herald mirrored the view. I agree.

One step further, clearly Atanus wasn't in on the joke, and that could be considered bullying -- or a modern-day bearing of false witness, take your pick. Sent by the real me.
