Donate to food pantry at Bartlett July 4 parade

The Bartlett Chamber of Commerce and Hanover Township are teaming up for a donation drive benefiting the township's food pantry. Chamber members will push shopping carts to collect donations during Bartlett's Independence Day parade, starting at 1 p.m. Sunday near Oak and North avenues. The pantry serves 800 to 1,000 families a month. Needed items include personal hygiene products, laundry detergent, dish soap, potatoes, coffee and canned goods. For details, call the Hanover Township Astor Avenue Community Center at (630) 540-9085.
