ACT not an option; it's a mandate

Mary Warren's letter says there are multiple options in the Affordable Care Act.

Are you kidding? I cannot keep my doctor of 30 years. I have to go to a hospital 40 miles away instead of the hospital near my home and I have to pay double my former premium for such things as maternity care and drug rehab.

The ACT is not an option, it is a mandate.
