A free no obligation Real Estate Home Buyer & Seller Seminar is set for 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, at the Golf Farm, 2100 Route 12, Wauconda. Ryan and Company Realtors Inc. is partnering with Wells Fargo and other real estate experts to answer any questions regarding buying or selling real estate. A panel of experts will be available to discuss credit repair, explain the buying and selling process and offer down payment assistance. Information will be provided for the Illinois Housing Development Authority and down payment assistance programs. A real estate attorney, real estate brokers, real estate title expert, mortgage lenders, short sale expert, real estate appraiser, and a home inspector will be on hand to answer questions.
