Listen to voices of 7 million Americans

The numbers tell the story, but who is listening? The millions who have signed up are telling the politicians we needed this. Still there are the politicians who will keep fighting to keep Americans from decent and sometimes life-changing insurance. Pre-existing conditions and lifetime caps are a thing of the past.

On the same day, on one side of Washington our president was announcing over 7 million Americans had signed up. On the other side of town, Rep. Paul Ryan was announcing his new budget proposal that includes cuts to food stamps and Pell grants and of course the elimination of the Affordable Care Act. Slap the face of the poor and the middle class once again.
