Finding fewer reasons to stay in Illinois
Even the dumbest animal understands "You don't bite the hand that feeds you!" So raising taxes of million dollar owners of businesses and top executives of big companies won't hurt the middle class?
Illinois already has punishing sales tax, inheritance taxes, property taxes and weather. You don't think these people might not locate or relocate to more business-friendly states? Indiana? Texas? Florida?
