Time Travelers celebrates 10-year anniversary

Time Travelers Theatre Ensemble celebrated its 10-year anniversary at Schaumburg Tennis Plus in February.

Time Travelers provides top-notch comedy in the form of scripted and improvisational skits, songs and games with the help of audience suggestions.

The free performances feature several highly talented actors per show out of a main group of 16. Many of the performers have taken classes at Second City. Some write for plays, work back stage or perform, but all love coming back to use their imaginations.

"I've been a part of Time Travelers for 12 years," said Nancy Braus. "It's great! It is always refreshing to come back to Time Travelers after being away for a different show. Our improv is never the same and you can let go of any angst and be silly."

Time Travelers Theatre Ensemble is held one Friday per month from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Schaumburg Tennis Plus Bar & Grill, where food and beverages are available for purchase. No two shows are ever alike so head to Schaumburg Tennis Plus and laugh until you cry.
