Lombard Garden Club offers $1,000 Scholarship

  • The Lombard Garden Club is offering a $1,000 scholarship to  2014 Lombard high school senior, home schooled student or student currently enrolled in a college program of environmental science, ecology or horticulture.  The requirements for applying to receive this scholarship are:  applicants must be a Lombard resident, maintain a C average or better, can show financial need, be involved in extra curricular activities and are hoping to pursue a course in ecology, environmental science or horticulture.  Deadline for applying for the scholarship is April 10.  Club scholarship committee coordinator is Roberta Pawlak, please contact her at 630-627-0975 by the April 10 deadline.
