Blame Democrats for making Illinois undesirable

Did you know that the population of Illinois doubled between 1900 and 1970? Did you know that, according to the U.S. Census Bureau and the beloved IRS, between 1992 and 2010 Illinois ranked as the third-worst state for net loss of population to other states? Only California and New York were worse.

A net loss of over 900,000 people -- we are truly becoming the Prairie State once again. From 1992 to 2010 we lost about $30 billion in taxable income, and to be sure that number grows we continue to increase taxes. Go Democrats, you are the best!

The nonpartisan Tax Foundation already ranks our property taxes as second-highest in the nation, and our state and local taxes make us 11th highest in the U.S. If we keep electing Democrats statewide and in Chicago we can soon be numero uno in both of the above disgraceful categories.
