Time to require minimum-wage hike

Since it's apparent that many employers actually pay minimum wage and won't increase their employee's pay on their own and provide a living wage to their valued employees, it is time to require it.

Increasing the minimum wage will provide a substantial economic boost to these families and the businesses that rely on them and may have the added advantage of reducing the current strain on our social services programs.
