Schaumburg Park District Theater Presents Disney's Mulan, JR.

Travel to ancient China with the Schaumburg Park District latest musical theater production.

Mulan, Jr. will be performed at 7 p.m., March 14 and 15; and 2 p.m., March 16 at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road.

Mulan defies the village matchmaker by taking up arms and disguising herself as a boy to save her father from service in the army against the invading Huns. It is up to Mulan and her sidekick, Mushu, to save the Emperor!

"We have some of the most adorable, first-time actors in this show who bring amazing energy," said Beth Waller, cultural arts supervisor for the District. "The traditional Chinese costumes and scenery will make this truly special and everyone who sees the show will love it."

Tickets are $10 for adults (13 years and older); $6 for youth, and free for ages 2 and younger if being held.
