Palatine Park District presents Date Night

Palatine Park District presents the annual Date Night special event from 6:30-8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13, at Birchwood Recreation Center, 435 W. Illinois Ave., Palatine.

This special event is for children, ages 3 to 12, with a parent and includes dancing, food, craft projects and photos.

Mothers and sons and dads and daughters are invited to wear red for this year’s Valentine’s theme.

Food this year has been generously provided by Vince’s Italian Restaurant and will include chicken tenders, mostaccioli with marinara sauce, mostaccioli with butter sauce, pizza, house salad and bread.

Additional gold level event sponsors include A+ Day School, Daily Herald Media Group, Loving Care Animal Hospital, and Premier Credit Union.

The fee is $13 per person for residents, and $17 per person for nonresidents.

Preregistration is required using code 6700-4. Registration can be complete in person at Community, Birchwood, or Falcon Park, by fax, by mail, or online at www.palatineparks.org.
