Another victory for gun owner rights
In another victory for the people of Chicago and Cook County, U.S. District Judge Chang struck down Chicago’s ban on the retail sale of guns in the city.
This is the third federal court ruling, in recent years, supporting the rights of the people of Illinois over the elected tyrants in Chicago and Illinois who enacted laws to deny people their constitutional right to defend themselves legally.
