We look forward to the planned apartment buildings and commercial development. We all know there is such a lack of vacant commercial space in the area. And our under-crowded schools definitely need more students, especially coming from apartments that do not produce enough tax income to pay for the students they provide.

Additional apartments will help on underutilized Randall Road; perhaps we could even get another stop light!
