Coldwell Banker's Wilmette office welcomes new broker

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently announced that Tim Martin, 51, is now associated with their Wilmette office.

As a native of Chicago's North Shore, Martin is well versed on the local market and knows firsthand the needs of buyers and sellers in the area. In his new role he brings with him over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, starting his career at one of the world's largest advertising agencies and most recently spent 20 years as an executive in magazine sales. Martin's background lends itself well to the buying and selling of real estate having built his career and client base through his ability to develop and maintain relationships.
