Obama can’t have it both ways on Egypt
Approximately two years ago, President Obama endorsed the Muslim Brotherhood shortly before the election in Egypt. Subsequently, Mohamed Morsi, a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, won the election and proceeded to take away the rights and freedom of the people of Egypt (restricting education to females, burning Coptic churches, etc.). The people retaliated and installed a new secular president, and this new administration is trying to reduce the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Now President Obama has cut off help (airplanes, weapons) to the current Egyptian administration, which will be very helpful to the Muslem Brotherhood. Mr. Obama, whose side are you on?
