Peanut Days really makes a difference
Peanut Days really makes a difference
On behalf of the many beneficiaries of Peanut Days and the Kiwanis Club of Lombard, thank you for your support of our Peanut Days and your thoughtful donations. As a result of your generosity and that of other friends like you, this year’s event netted more than $3,400.
One hundred percent of the profits from Peanut Days are used to support local charitable and community needs. Among this year’s recipients will be: the Glenbard East Key Club, NEDSRA, Lombard-Villa Park Food Pantry, TLC Camp, Diecke Home, Healthy Lombard, Easter Seals, Lombard Fire Department’s Trauma Teddy program, Lombard Police Department Special Olympics Torch Run, scholarships for high school seniors, Lombard Historical Society’s Junior Historian program, and the Helen Plum Library Summer Reading program.
Thank you for assisting our club as it works toward its mission of serving the children of the world. With your help, we can truly make a difference in countless lives in our community and around the world.
