Question Cohen’s facts on Syria toll

Question Cohen’s facts on Syria toll

Mr. Cohen, as much as I appreciate the content and thoughts of your column on Sept. 11, I question your facts on the number of people, (1,429) including children (400), that were killed by poison gas on Aug. 21 in Syria.

Granted, one person killed is one too many and I would never question that this is a moral outrage. On Page 8 in the same edition of your paper there is an article that is headlined “Obama’s Syria case still lacks proof.”

Please reference it and then make sure you have credible information before quoting numbers fed to you. This is just one small example, but please — we readers trust you.
