Hawks training camp fest, ND events sold out

Tickets for the Blackhawks Training Camp Festival on Sept. 16 have sold out, and tickets for the team's training camp sessions at Notre Dame on Saturday and Sunday also have sold out, team officials announced Monday.

The marquee event of the Festival on Monday, Sept. 16, will allow a sold-out crowd inside the United Center to watch the Blackhawks' training camp scrimmage with head coach Joel Quenneville wearing a microphone. Doors will open at 5 p.m. for the session, with the scrimmage beginning at 7 p.m. The first 10,000 fans to enter the building will receive a Jonathan Toews bobblehead. The Mad Dash to Madison 10K skate will start at 5:30 p.m., followed by the 5K run/walk at 6:30 p.m.

The Blackhawks will conduct training camp at Compton Family Ice Arena on Notre Dame's campus from 10:30 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. ET on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 15. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. ET each day. Team practices on Thursday, Sept. 12 and Friday, Sept. 13 will be closed to the public.
