Why single out cellphones, governor?
In order to make Illinois roads safe, Gov. Pat Quinn recently signed legislation making it illegal for motorists to use a hand-held telephone while driving.
Apparently Gov. Quinn does not believe the GPS on everyone’s dashboard or the 17 proposed Cook County jumbotron electronic advertising billboards next to expressways are a public safety issue.
