Bullets hit Villa Park house

Villa Park police are asking the public for help after several bullets struck a house early Tuesday morning on the village's northeast side.

The gunfire erupted about 1 a.m. Tuesday near Ellsworth Avenue and Plymouth Street, police said Wednesday. The shooting wasn't reported until about nine hours after it happened, authorities said.


Anyone with information is encouraged to call Villa Park police at (630) 834-7447.
