• Someone stole a city barricade that had been covering a stump where a tree was removed, in the 1600 block of Sauk Drive, it was reported at 7:44 a.m. Thursday, police said.

• A vehicle window was broken in the 0-99 block of South Harrison Street, it was reported to police Wednesday.

• A vehicle window was broken in the 200 block of South Jefferson Street, it was reported to police Wednesday.

• Joseph L. Nelle, 28, of the 500 block of Wallace Street, Marseilles, was charged with possession of cannabis at 3:42 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of North Randall Road, according to a police report.

• Derrick N. Bus, 21, of the 40W500 block of Main Street near Batavia, was charged with possession of fireworks at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Main Street and Spuhler Drive, according to a police report.

• Jacob W. Eccleston Jr., 20, of the 0-99 block of North Van Nortwick Avenue, Batavia, was charged with possession of cannabis at 10:01 p.m. Wednesday on Independence Drive, according to a police report.
