• Ricky Snal, 19, of the 42W600 block of Pouley Road, Elburn, was charged with possession of 2.5 grams or less of marijuana and illegal consumption of alcohol at 6:38 a.m. June 8 in the 300 block of Randall Road, according to a police report.

• A stop sign was reported stolen at 7:36 a.m. Tuesday from the corner of South Van Buren Avenue and Western Street, according to a police report.

• A $130 cellphone left at the Taco Bell/Pizza Hut, 134 S. Randall Road, was reported stolen at 3:24 p.m. Tuesday, according to a police report.

• Jeremiah N. Benjamin, 21, of the 100 block of Gregory Street, Aurora, was charged with retail theft at 7:43 p.m. Tuesday at Kohl's, 251 N. Randall Road, according to a police report.

• A vehicle parked in the 1300 block of Davey Drive was intentionally scratched on its side. The incident was reported at 6:54 p.m. Monday, according to a police report.
