Feeding geese causes problem

I’m writing this as a concern about public safety and a nuisance.

There is a public sidewalk in the townhouse complex where I live that I use to walk on for exercise. A person from a unit alongside the sidewalk feeds the geese, so there are geese on the sidewalk and droppings on it.

I have to walk out onto the street to avoid the geese on the sidewalk. The droppings are a real nuisance to try and walk around on the sidewalk, alley and the street.

Last year, there where other issues concerning, this unit and the sidewalk. I don’t know if the geese where brought up at that time, but it was also an issue last year. I don’t know if it was the association or the village that got it to stop.

I’m hoping that this issue can be resolved, and not be an ongoing concern.
