Scandals may erode gun-control support

President Obama's administration has given strength to those who oppose gun control because they fear their government. The IRS scandal, the Justice Department's attack on the press, and the failure of our federal security agencies to share information about the Boston bombers are individually issues of concern, but collectively these indicate a government that is, perhaps not to be trusted. Support for increased gun control may erode as the paranoia many people now have spreads.
