Wellness health fair:

Adventures in Wellness Education (AWE) announces the first Spring Into Wellness Health Fair on Saturday, April 27 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 25519 W. Route 134, Ingleside. It will run from 2 to 4 p.m. The event is free for attendees and participants, but attendees are asked to bring food and toiletry donations for the Christian Outreach of Lutherans West food pantry. Attendees should dress comfortably to try yoga and Pilates. Children can visit the youth booth for a chair massage and age-appropriate information on sugar, salt, exercise and proper hydration from their peers. All ages can take a turn at the wellness wheel to answer questions and earn prizes.
