TriCity Family Services to host annual benefit

TriCity Family Services will hold its 24th annual benefit dinner and auction Saturday, April 20, at the Lincoln Inn Banquets, 1345 S. Batavia Ave. in Batavia.

This evening of celebration will include a seated dinner, silent and live auction, raffles and entertainment. The agency anticipates an attendance of more than 300 donors, volunteers and supporters throughout the Tri-Cities community. “All That Glitters … Treasuring Teens” is the theme for this year’s event.

During the evening, TriCity Family Services also will present its second annual Golden Heart Awards. The recipients of the awards will be recognized for their long-standing and meritorious philanthropic support of the agency.

Their Golden Heart Awards will be presented to: Jack and Ginny Young (for an individual or couple); The Norris Foundation (for a company or foundation); and the Exchange Club of the Tri-Cities (for a community group or organization).

Cocktail hour and silent auction will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m., with dinner at 7 p.m. Cocktail attire is required. For information, visit www.tricityfamilyservices.org.

Auctioneer services provided by Keith Jones, Sayre and Jones Auctioneers Ltd.

After-dinner entertainment will be provided by Stan Karcz of Piano Man Productions.

Tickets are $80 each. Tables of eight can be purchased for $600. Tables of 10 can be purchased for $750. Sponsorship and ad purchase opportunities also are available. All proceeds benefit TriCity Family Services, the local leader in community-based counseling and supportive services for those in need.
