Gavin knows Elgin city government
I am writing to strongly endorse Terry Gavin for Elgin City Council. I have known Terry and his wife Rose for nearly 20 years, and I believe Terry will be a forceful advocate for Elgin taxpayers and will stand up for the average citizen, not special interest groups.
Terry has experience with Elgin city government and is knowledgeable about city finances and will be ready to lead on day one.
Elgin taxpayers can trust Terry to carefully oversee the city’s budget with a common-sense approach to government. Terry is the best choice for Elgin City Council, and I urge your support.
