Familiar with the inner working of how the village works from his experience on the village zoning board, Tom wants to see a balanced budget maintained and to hold the line on taxes and expenses, as well as learn from other villages how to keep and attract new business to our community.

He believes in developing mid- and long term financial plans to encourage growth and control costs. Tom is the right man to help shape the future of Fox River Grove.
