Candidate has vision for Wheaton

Alberta Adamson is the only candidate qualified to bring change to our community. Her plan to raise new revenue without raising property taxes is to be commended.

In the last 32 years, she has worked diligently to install pride in our community. Her platform designed to benefit all of Wheaton is proof of her commitment.

No other candidate or current member have been as progressive as Alberta to seek a solution to ensure Wheaton's future financial stability. She has looked at what has worked in other towns and realizes how the lessons can be implemented here. She feels Wheaton is moving forward with fixing and maintaining its infrastructure such as streets, sidewalks, flooding, and public safety. But with every empty storefront, Wheaton is losing sales tax revenue. She is offering a solution.

As a senior citizen who has lived in Wheaton for more than 50 years, I wholeheartedly endorse Alberta Adamson for Wheaton City Council. Her initiative to find solutions to avoid future property tax increases make sense. Her experience, creativity, and budget consciousness will help create a spirit in Wheaton that will benefit our citizens and attract visitors of all ages.
