• Two mailboxes were stolen on the 2000 block of Wagner Road, it was reported at 10:27 a.m. and 1:22 p.m. Sunday, police said.


• A vehicle's window was broken on the 2200 block of Hill Lane, it was reported at 5:11 p.m. Sunday, police said.

• Dennis R. Herren, 48, of the 0-99 block of South Jackson Street, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:49 p.m. Sunday at Burger King, 107 N. Batavia Ave., according to a police report.

• A man robbed someone of a carton of cigarettes, grabbing them out of the person's hands, at 4:26 p.m. Saturday on the 2000 block of Main Street. The suspect has short, spiked black hair; is 5 feet 11 inches tall; appeared to be about 22 years old; has tattoos on his neck; and was wearing a dark jacket and dark pants. He ran south, toward the Golden Corral parking lot, according to the police report.

• Duncan M. Powers, 21, of the 300 block of East South Street, Elburn, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and improper lane use, at 1:50 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of First Street, according to a police report.
