Lincolnshire police made two arrests and issued eight tickets during a special drunken-driving enforcement program last weekend, authorities announced Thursday. One motorist was charged with driving under the influence and the other faces drug charges, police said. Details about the other tickets weren't revealed. The program ran March 14-17 and was funded by a state transportation grant.
