His bail has been set at $75,000.

A female relative of Tuggle's told sheriff's investigators that when she was younger than 13, Tuggle sexually assaulted her, between 1994 and 1998, in an unincorporated area near Lakemoor, the release said.

Tuggle now lives in Buffalo, Minn., and he was arrested there.

After posting bond in Minnesota, police said, he traveled to Palm Beach County, Fla., where he was arrested again March 5 for violating the terms of his bond. He was extradited to McHenry County Thursday night.

He is due to be arraigned March 26.
