Red-light camera near mall is a scam

A recent trip to Deer Park mall got me a $100 ticket for a red light violation (not stopping completely). I feel this is a scam set up and enforced to gain revenue and has very little to do with safety and preventing accidents. Deer Park and its mayor should remove these cameras. If not, I'll never go back.
